Hi Moms and Dads,

I hope everyone had a wonderful Easter week end.  Our Easter egg hunt last Thursday was great.  The weather could not have been better and the children had so much fun.  A special thanks to Bentley and Rosemary for opening their home to us.  Thank you to all the moms who prepared food for the party.   As usual everything was terrific.

Hi Moms and Dads,

We had another  great week.   This will be a short week with only three (3) days in the classroom.  Remember Thursday is our Chapel and Easter Egg Hunt.  Also, Friday is Good Friday which is a holiday for Trinity.

We have been earning "Bonus Bucks" to use at our "Wildcat Warehouse".  Please remember to send items for our Warehouse.  We have decided to continue our "Wildcat Warehouse" through the rest of the school year.  This will be a fun learning experience for the children. 

15 plastic eggs need to be sent to the room by Tuesday, April 19th.  Each plastic egg should be filled with wrapped candy and numbered from 1 - 15 with a sharpie.  Have a great week.  You continue to be a blessing to me.

Hi Moms and Dads,

We had a great week.  Testing went really well.  The children stayed on task.  It's over!!  I know they are tired and anxious to get back to our normal schedule.

Hi Moms and Dads,

Bentley Parker has graciously volunteered to host the Easter Egg Hunt at her home.  Thank you Bentley!  The children are looking forward to the egg hunt.  

This week:  April 4 - 8

- Money - coin counting games and activities
-Resurrection Eggs with Bible references


We will be  giving the  ITBS (standardized test) this week.  We will administer it each morning.  The time frame is from 30 to 40 minutes, most days.  Please make sure your child has plenty of rest each night and a healthy breakfast each morning.  Send an extra #2 pencil.  This is a time when we will use our "thinking boxes".  This is a low stress situation.  Encourage your child to listen to directions and do their best!
