Hi Moms and Dads,
Our field trip to the Dream Field Farm's Pumpkin Patch was absolutely wonderful. The weather was perfect as were the children. Each child picked a pumpkin that was special to them. Our parents enjoyed getting to know each other. At the end of the morning we were all tired but had made many great memories.

Hi Moms and Dads,
This week your child will bring home a Ziploc bag containing a reader. Please listen to your child read this book at least twice. When this is completed return the reader in the bag. Each child now has a book box of their own on their table. As the readers are returned they will be placed in their box. They are free to read these during the day as their work is finished. After a few weeks the children may bring these books home to keep. We are very excited about having our own book box. Please encourage your child to read each night or listen to someone read a story.
Stapled on the left side of your child's blue folder is a "Behavior Calendar". Each day on their calendar they will receive a sticker as a reward for good behavior for that day. If there is no sticker on a day it means your child did not make good choices that day. Not earning a sticker usually corrects the issue. We have discussed this in class and the children understand.
